The Snowdon Area area of Snowdonia National Park is enclosed by Llyn Peris to the North, the A4086 (Dyffryn Mymbyr & The Pass of Llanberis) to the North East, the A498 (Llyn Gwynant, Nant Gwynant and Llyn Dinas) to the East & South East, Beddgelert to the South, the A4085 (Nant Conwyn, Llyn Cwellyn & Nant y Betws) to the South West and the edge of the Snowdonia National Park to the North West.
