Dave Gay hiked Gowbarrow Fell (Airy Crag) on May 24th, 2021 [from/via/route] Parked Aria Force Main CP. Walked up via the waterfalls, left path to trig point about half way up to cut accross to Gowbarrow Park, then on to Gowbarrow Fell & the Trig point. Headed East from the trig point & followed the path round the fell back to the CP. [with] Carole

Richard Marchant summited Gowbarrow Fell (Airy Crag) on July 3rd, 1998 [from/via/route] Started from Aira Force car park alongside Ullswater & walked anticlockwise to Collier Hagg & around to Gowbarrow then carried on round to Aira Beck & down past Aira Force to the carpark [with] Alison and James my son who was less than a year old in a baby back pack. [weather] Slightly cloudy & grey but mild & a slight breeze

Phil Higgins scaled Gowbarrow Fell (Airy Crag) on August 6th, 2021 [from/via/route] Aira Force. [with] Sarah Barnes and Steve Jones [weather] Showery day. - Sarah & Steve had travelled north to start their Scottish End to End cycling holiday. Met at Aira Force, weather was not as bad as forecast, so we were up for the climb today.

John Bryers climbed Gowbarrow Fell (Airy Crag) on July 15th, 2021 [from/via/route] Parked on The Hause, took the steep path leading to top. Came down around eastern side making a small loop back to car. Once back at car, walked down road to juntion & took road/path heading to Dockrey. Took higher path which leads up a steep path to top of Gowbarrow. Continued over ridge after lunch to old shooting hut, through forest track to a wall (left turn)which gave a short cut via a dis-quarry back to The Hause. [with] With Mya my faithful 14 year old Patterdale Terrier. [weather] Very hot & sunny. - Also did a loop to top out on Gowbarrow. Took a short cut back over
