[with] Nick Harker, Chris Aylen and Mark Howard [weather] Blue Skies, very cold and quite a bit of snow with a snow line at about 400m - 4 Navy lads on a 4 day stay in the Lakes before going our separate ways to our homes to spend the rest of our Xmas leave with our families. A great 4 days in the Lakes where we each had a day leading our own walks. We did 1) Helvellyn, 2) Great Gable, 3) Langdale over to Thirlmere and 4) Fairfield Horseshoe
