Geoffrey Robertshaw walked up on June 15th, 2021 [from/via/route] Up from road [with] Wife [weather] Great - Great Views at the top

Kevin Foster climbed on April 13th, 2021 [from/via/route] Scales [with] By myself [weather] Sunny to start but clouding over later. Clear visibility on tops. Cold when you stopped moving. - I would put this approach via the Hallsfell ridge in my top 5 summit climbs any day! Easy scrambling but just hard enough to make you think a little. The climb gets better the higher you go until you reach the actual summit of Blencathra and end up wanting more. Superb!

Andy Jakob bagged on October 24th, 2020 [with] Colin [weather] Sunny

Bay Wan hiked on October 5th, 2020 [from/via/route] Started from Scales layby around to Blease Fell and back down [with] Cocoa dog - 9 yrs old & special guest Paul Harper [weather] Sunny, windy dry Autumn day following lashing from Storm Alex. - Really pleasant walk

Catherine Hill summited on October 1st, 2020 [from/via/route] From Threlkeld village up to Blecathra via Blease.took the easier route. Time limited so a loop out of the question. One of those - think you'vecreached the top and then there's another hill, then another, and on and on... [with] Alone [weather] Good weather overall. Some light rain at the start.

Richard Fulcher conquered on September 30th, 2019 [from/via/route] Straight up and down Blease Fell from the car park at the Blencathra Centre. [with] Jen, Viv and Dave [weather] A bit misty on the way up ... but cleared at the top. Lovely views.

Tony Kenny scaled on January 2nd, 2019 [from/via/route] From Scales [with] Kitty [weather] Dry & cold; very cold on the top with biting breeze

Neil Bennett walked up on July 24th, 2020 [from/via/route] Climbed Blencathra via Blease Fell. Our starting point for the walk was the car park above the Blencathra Centre. Our descent followed the same route. [with] Pam Bennett, Oliver Bennett, Thomas Bennett. [weather] Light cloud with sunny intervals.

Stephen Batson climbed on June 20th, 2020 [from/via/route] Mungrisdale [with] Clare [weather] Mixture of sunshine, cloud and fox

Christine Shepherd bagged on April 23rd, 2006 [from/via/route] Walked from Scales. reached the summit via Sharp Edge and made the descent over Hall's Fell Ridge. [with] My daughter Rebecca [weather] Bright and cold - My daughter, a climber, persuaded my to go over Sharp Edge which I didn't really enjoy. However, I decided to climb Blencathra again by myself using walk c170 climbing via Hall's Fell Ridge and loved it. Climbed via Hall's Fell Ridge again 21.9.19 on the only fine day of a week's holiday.
