Just because you are camping, it doesn't mean you have to go without the luxeries in life. Personally, I like to take a duvet, pillow and bedside lamp and sleep on a foam bed that is really comfortable. This is supposed to be fun isn't it?
Seriously though, for me a decent cup of ground coffee in the morning is a must as well - and that has become a whole lot easier with this coffee bag range from Lyons. Easy and quick to use - all you have to do is take the coffee bag out of it's foil wrapping, drop it into a cup, pour on freshly boiled water and brew for three to four minutes. Just like making a cup of tea.
We tried the No.4 Dark and Intense blend (there are four blends available) and this had a great taste. In fact we thought one bag was strong enough to make about a pint of coffee which is plenty for two people to have a cup each. Not bad for just 15p.
NB. Every time a box of coffee bags is bought, Lyons makes a donation to the charity Project Waterfall to help supply a sustainable source of fresh, clean water and to improve sanitation for coffee growing communities across the globe. If you like freshly brewed ground coffee on your camping trips or bed & breakfast stopovers then this is a no-brainer. Good quality coffee at a good price.

• I recently bought Lyons Gourmet Italian coffee bags for work, they were good enough but aren't quite as strong as I use in a cafetiere so I don't add milk or remove the bag - definitely worth trying.

• If I am leaving home early in the car for a long walk and know there will not be a decent cafe en route,I pop a Lyons coffee bag into a thermus mug and 30 minutes later it is still hot and strong. Great start for a walk.
