The A484 from Caerfyrddin (Carmarthen) to Cynwy Elfed, the B4333 to Newcastle Emlyn and then the A484 to Ceredigion/Cardigan to the South West
The Irish Sea from Ceredigion (Cardigan) to Aberdyfi (Aberdovey) to the West
