In-use Test:
As with the Baglite, this was simple to charge up initially (about 8 hours on my office windowsill). Now because of its highly efficient energy capture process, it's constantly re-charging itself from any available light source no matter how strong this is.
It fits easily around your arm and produces a good strong light from a variety of angles. It's easy to switch between the steady and flashing modes - the flashing mode uses significantly less energy.
It is definitely something I'll be wearing whenever there's a chance of my walking in poor light.
A real no brainer this one - a very neat and innovative way to reduce the risks associated with walking in reduced daylight or darkness. An accessory that should appeal to any walker who is both safety conscious and environmentally aware. No batteries and even the packaging is re-cycled cardboard!
