[weather] Sunny, clouding over later. - Unfortunately the route to Great Calva involved retracing my steps to the col between Great and Little Calva (more wet feet). Then it was just a short easy climb to the wind shelter and cairn on top of Great Calva where the unexpected view South of Thirlmere between Blencathra and Lonscale Fell captivated the view.
