Other walkers who hiked, climbed, bagged and summited Carrock Fell Fellow go4awalkers who have already walked, climbed, summited & bagged Carrock Fell

Elaine Thomason walked up during May, 2021 [weather] hot

Richard Fulcher climbed on July 24th, 2021 [from/via/route] Walked up from Mosedale village via a narrow path through the heather & across screes. Tough ascent. Part of a circular route taking in High Pike, Knott & Great Calva. [weather] Warm sunny day with a little high cloud. A breeze on the tops. T shirt weather.

Kevin Foster bagged on October 8th, 2020 [from/via/route] Poddy Gill (Mosedale). [with] Henry. [weather] Sunny, clouding over later. - The climb up Poddy Gill was a bit of a plod but once the rocky top was reached it was more interesting. The top iitself is enclosed by the ruins of an iron age fort I think. The fine cairn, set on a rocky plinth, gives outstanding views especially northwards towards the Borders, the Solway Firth & the Northern Pennines.

Claire Murray hiked on November 22nd, 2020 [from/via/route] High Pike & Carrock Fell from Fellside Farm [with] Vitor [weather] Cold & damp with a drop of hail - Lovely walk with easy parking at the farm. No sheep on the hills & no leads required! Lots of wet boggy areas to walk through though

Caroline Winter summited on August 28th, 2020 [from/via/route] Mosedale, Carrock Fell, Round Knott, Milton Hill, High Pike, mine track to Carrock Beck [with] Becky [weather] Light wind. Very good views. Light rain afternoon & low cloud on tops - Parking near Stone Ends farm, enjoyable immediate ascent of Carrock Fell & windy walk over exposed moorland to High Pike to enjoy egg butties in shelter, but as got there windy & downpour so headed down. Tried short cut to ford river lower down but water too high. Walked to road instead. Road flooded causing obstruction to cars

Darren Wilson conquered on July 11th, 2020 [from/via/route] Carrock Fell, High Pike via Bothy [with] lone [weather] Good clear day with extensive views - 7 Miles

Adrian Howard scaled on October 3rd, 2012 [from/via/route] Calebreck

Andrew Johnson walked up on November 1st, 2019 [from/via/route] Caldbeck common [with] Ted [weather] Cloudy & mist on top of High Peak

Jamie Bryan climbed on August 18th, 2019 [from/via/route] c200 [weather] Windy af

Tom Mcbeath bagged on June 25th, 2019 [from/via/route] From car park opposite Stone farm [with] Ursula [weather] Low cloud base but luckily above summit when we were there.
