Other walkers who hiked, climbed, bagged and summited Dodd (Buttermere) Fellow go4awalkers who have already walked, climbed, summited & bagged Dodd (Buttermere)

John King walked up on August 9th, 2009 [with] Paul [weather] Sunny - Date unknown

Kevin Foster climbed on April 26th, 2021 [from/via/route] Red Pike (Buttermere). [with] By myself. [weather] Sunny with a few clouds. - An unpleasant steep descent on very slippy scree initially before reaching the col with Dodd. The top is then easily reached after a very short climb. The descent to Buttermere from here is paved but very uneven & seems to take forever. However, the lakeside path back to the starting point at Gatescarth is sublime & a beautiful way to end this classic walk.

Darren Mortimer bagged on May 5th, 2018 [from/via/route] Buttermere [with] Dermot Palmer [weather] Sunny warm & overcast at times - Nice viewing point from the cairn lower down.

Christine Shepherd hiked on August 14th, 2010 [from/via/route] Buttermere using walk c324 [with] On my own [weather] Bright & sunny but misty as i headed from here to Red Pike

Mark Davidson summited on June 7th, 2003 [with] Mike [weather] Hazy & a bit dull - but got some good views

Iain Taylor conquered on May 1st, 2011 [from/via/route] Buttermere (NY 17756 17088)

Ray O'hara scaled on September 14th, 2011 [from/via/route] Buttermere, High Stile Ridge, Haystacks & Fleetwith Pike [weather] In cloud along the High Stile ridge, but dry & with fabulous views when below the cloud base. - Nice views over Buttermere & Crummock Water

Louise Sandwith, Louis Smith and Linda Walker have all walked, climbed & bagged Dodd (Buttermere).
