The Isle of Harris & Lewis, Scottish Region 24: The Outer Hebrides (Western Isles) is not an island by itself but the southern third of the Island of Lewis and Harris. Harris is defined as the area South West of a line drawn between Loch Resort to Loch Seaforth.
