Other walkers who hiked, climbed, bagged and summited Stone Arthur Fellow go4awalkers who have already walked, climbed, summited & bagged Stone Arthur

Kate Peacock walked up Stone Arthur on June 22nd, 2024 [from/via/route] From roadside parking up behind The Swan at Grasmere [with] Me, Sheila, Mike & both dogs [weather] Sunny at times, breezy on the top but near enough T-shirt weather - No sheep so Amber was off her lead most of the time

Richard Fulcher climbed Stone Arthur on May 21st, 2024 [from/via/route] Parked in layby on A591 near Knott House Farm. Walked across the road & followed the single track road & then the signposted public footpath up to Stone Arthur - steep & gravelly in places, rocky steps in others getting gentler towards the top. I diverted to left at 1200ft to follow the 'rocky' route. Returned via the well used path. [weather] Overcast day with occasional sun. No wind or rain!

John Mcewen bagged Stone Arthur on April 4th, 2024 [from/via/route] Goodie raise Grasmere [with] Allie, Laura, Dawn and Martha [weather] Started sunny turned cloudy - Allies birthday walk

James Hughes hiked Stone Arthur on February 13th, 2024 [from/via/route] From Grasmere over Fairfield down Stone Arthur [weather] Rolling mist at top of Seat Sandal & then blizzard conditions on Fairfield. Cleared up on descent over Stone Arthur. - Unorthodox climb up Seat Sandal. Climb up Fairfield culminated in blizzard. Bearings were not quite right.

Andrew Thornton summited Stone Arthur on August 6th, 2023 [from/via/route] Grasmere [with] Jenny [weather] Overcast - Excellent path.

Enjoyed a visit to Allcock Tarn before walking along the coffin route back to Ambleside. Climbed again using walk c266 on 2.11.17 Climbed again on 26.09.2021 straight up & down from Grasmere to celebrate a friend's 214.
