James Hughes walked up Stone Arthur on February 13th, 2024 [from/via/route] From Grasmere over Fairfield down Stone Arthur [weather] Rolling mist at top of Seat Sandal & then blizzard conditions on Fairfield. Cleared up on descent over Stone Arthur. - Unorthodox climb up Seat Sandal. Climb up Fairfield culminated in blizzard. Bearings were not quite right.

Christine Shepherd summited Stone Arthur on August 15th, 2008 [from/via/route] Walked from Grasmere [with] On my own [weather] Overcast - Bagged this again on a very windy day on 2.5 2011 when I was force to give up the Horseshoe due to high winds so came down over Stone Arthur into Grasmere instead. Enjoyed a visit to Allcock Tarn before walking along the coffin route back to Ambleside. Climbed again using walk c266 on 2.11.17 Climbed again on 26.09.2021 straight up & down from Grasmere to celebrate a friend's 214.
Mark Davidson conquered Stone Arthur during 1998 [from/via/route] Grasmere, Stone Arthur, Great Rigg & then back down to Grasmere [with] One of the first walks I did with Theresa [weather] Not too bad until it started snowing on Great Rigg
Caroline Winter scaled Stone Arthur on June 25th, 2016 [from/via/route] Swan pub lay by on A591, Stone Arthur, Great Rigg, Fairfield, St Sunday, Grisedale Tarn, Seat Sandal, Great Tongue [with] Solo [weather] Hot & humid

Richard Marchant climbed Stone Arthur on December 29th, 2021 [from/via/route] Basically a straight up & back route parking the car alongside the A591 just along from the Black Swan in a roadside lay-by used by walkers. Then walked straight up to Stone Arthur & back via the direct footpath. Steel climb but up & back with in 2 hours. [with] Solo [weather] Low level cloud down to 600m a very mild day for the time of the year & breezy all day.
Geoff Hand bagged Stone Arthur on November 23rd, 2021 [from/via/route] c266 From Great Rigg, off the top for 100m then SW. Tess & I had a good run down to Stone Arthur back out of the cloud. On the way back to Grasmere recognised the the paths from the 2018 British Fell relays. [with] Alone with Tess [weather] cloud coming & going. - Set out from Grasmere & headed for Low Mill Bridge. Followed Tongue Gill then cut across to Seat Sandal. Scurried down to Grisedale Hause & then up to Fairfield where the clouds came in. S to Great Rigg & SW to Stone Arthur. From there back to Grasmere.
