Curious cows watched us......usually sheep! Busy road with cyclists, tandem cyclist, motor bikes & walkers

Kevin Foster walked up Drumaldrace (Wether Fell) on June 26th, 2017 [from/via/route] Dodd Fell [with] By myself [weather] Sunny but a bit breezy - After Dodd Fell I made a pathless crossing of the boggy section at the head of Sleddale only to realise after I reached the Cam Houses road that I would have been better making a beeline for this strip of tarmac in the first place. This was after a relatively dry spell so I wouldn't fancy crossing this section after heavy rain. The climb to the cairn of Drumaldrace from the roman road was pretty easy so I doubled back & followed the bridleway around the western side of the fell which gave me great views of Sleddale & upper Wensleydale.
