Inverness to Boat of Garten via the A9 through Tomatin to the North East
Boat of Garten to Laggan (Badenoch) via the A9 through Aviemore & Kingussie and then the A86 through Newtownmore to the South East
Laggan (Badenoch) to Laggan (Loch Lochy) via the River Spey, Loch Spey, Garvamore and Melgarve, Loch Spey to Turret Bridge via the River Roy & then Glen Turret, Allt Teanga Bige & Allt an t-Sidhein to the South
Laggan (Loch Lochy) to Inverness via the Caledonian Canal, Loch Oich and Loch Ness from to the North West
