Peak Bagging the Regions of England

The Flag of England, The Cross of Saint George

For the purposes of Peak Bagging, and to avoid long and unwieldy lists of hills and mountains, England can be divided into 9 Regions.

These regions use the natural contours of the landscape as boundaries and ignore any administrative or county boundaries.

Most regions can be further divided into smaller areas to make keeping account of your bagging exploits even easier.
