Dry day and a bit blustery, bit chilly at times. - First day out after electricity failure the previous day.

Continued to The Knight before descending to join the Ullswater Way, past Side Farm and return to car. [with] Sue and Christine [weather] Initially overcast but fine, foggy as we gained height but cleared again as we were descending, then rain. - Darkness set in before we returned to car. Lesson learned - regularly check torch in backpack and working!
