Moel Famau is the highest point in the county of Flintshire.
The Tower on top of Moel Famau was built to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of George III. It was wrecked by a storm in 1862

[weather] Overcast and damp which turned to misty with drizzle. No real view from the top (traditional). - Found a "Gruffalo House", which someone had kindly constructed to entertain my 2˝yo son! :)
