Scottish Region 11: Glen Affric to Kintail region is the area enclosed by an imaginary line connecting:
- Sallachy to Cannich via Killilan, the Glen Elchaig, Loch na Leitreach, Strath Duilleach, Loch Droma, Loch Mullardoch and Glen Cannich to Cannich & then the A831 from Cannich to Drumnadrochit via Braefield to the North
- Drumnadrochit to Invermoriston via The Great Glen & Loch Ness to the South East
- Invermoriston to Dornie via Glen Moriston, Loch Cluanie, Glenshiel and Loch Duich to the South
- Dornie to Sallachy via Loch Long to the West
If you count only the Marilyns there are 30 tops to climb, bag & conquer and the highest point is Carn Eige (Carn Eighe) at 1,183m (3,883ft).
