At 134ft (40.8m) Tarbat Ness Lighthouse is the fifth tallest lighthouse in Scotland after Skerryvore (158ft - 48.1m), Chicken Rock (143ft - 43.6m), North Ronaldsay (139ft - 42.4m)and Monach Islands (135ft - 41.1m).
