I am a Female Walker, in my late 40s, based near East Yorkshire

My Message: Hello. I'm a 49 year old female teacher, thinking about walking The West Highland Way this summer, either late July or mid - late August. I'm fit - I run frequently - but haven't considered the ins and outs of how long I would take to walk the route; it depends on whether I do it alone, or with someone else.
