I am a Male Walker, in my late 60s, based near Darlington

My Message: Hi I'm Steve in my sixties i live in Darlington area looking for female and male walking friends I would like to walk in northeast northwest North Yorkshire wear dale tees-dale Pennines areas walking any day during the week and weekends
I'm fit and active and it's not just the walk it's the beauty of nature around me that really gets me it makes me so happy taking it all in and what ever the weather i will go walking

A bit more about me:

I can cope with a little bit of scrambling if it is short and there are no steep drops. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs but do not have one of my own. To be honest, my map reading & navigation skills are a bit averagely average. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
