I am a Female Walker, in my mid 50s, based near Morpeth

My Message: I'm looking to meet up with like-minded people to enjoy walks in the countryside and ideally, bag the odd historical landmark along the way. I'm easy going and up for a laugh. I am working on my fitness levels to increase distances over time and find the reward of a pub at the end of the day the best incentive. I was at the back of the queue when directional abilities were given out and so anyone with a remnant of orienteering skill would be a godsend. Happy to travel further afield to explore other areas … subject to me finding you 😁

A bit more about me:

I really don't like Scrambling & Edges - they are defintely not for me. I prefer warm, dry & sunny weather but can cope with the odd shower. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. If pushed, I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are rather poor at best. I can drive and have a car.
