I am a Female Walker, in my mid 50s, based near Peak District

My Message: Hi, I'd like to meet people to go walking with, and possibly a bit of kayaking and mountain biking. I love walking in the Peak District, Lake District, the South West and am starting to explore Scotland. I've done some kayaking in the South West and would love to explore other coasts, lakes and rivers. I also love sailing. I would especially like to meet someone to share winter walking adventures on snow.

I would like to meet other enthusiastic, outdoorsy, down to earth people who like exploring and who care for the countryside they love so much.

A bit more about me:

I quite enjoy Scrambling & Edges but don't like too much exposure. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs but do not have one of my own. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
Mountain Biking

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
