I am a Male Walker, in my early 60s, based near Unspecified Locationlancaster

My Message: Hi. I'm 5.6 and 62. Looking for walking companion.I'm rather fortunate to have the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District on my doorstep and enjoy accessing them at the weekends.Fitness levels have dropped with covid etc, so i'm looking to build back up slowly.Hoping to tour and walk the NC500 in october wild camping for 10 days (Tent) with the occasional B&B thrown in.Love the outdoors and also caving and scouting.Not really bothered what areas I walk as its the company your with as well as the scenery that make it special.

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. To be honest, my map reading & navigation skills are a bit averagely average. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
