I am a Male Walker, in my early 50s, based near Canterbury

My Message: Hello. Having played sport for many years I now enjoy walking regularly and love exploring the countryside, coastal areas and beautiful scenery. I particularly like seeking new adventures and going to places I haven't seen before.
I have a good sense of humour (I think we need it at the moment!), am not put off by inclement weather and will try most things! I also enjoy historical places of interest, art galleries, watching sport and sometimes grabbing a coffee or a beer on the way!
I am comfortable in my own company but would love to share some adventures with someone likeminded and kind.
I am from Kent but have my own car and will travel to most places to have a nice day's walking and:or days out. I currently walk around the Kent coast and countryside, but often (when not in lockdown!) will travel anywhere right across the south of England and further afield.

A bit more about me:

I can cope with a little bit of scrambling if it is short and there are no steep drops. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.
