I am a Male Walker, in my mid 60s, based near Exeter

My Message: I'm coming up to Semi retirement and looking for a hiking "buddy" to have some fun and adventures with. Not my wifes cup of tea and although I have done plenty of solo hikes I now prefer some company.Dartmoor is my local playground and I often do day and multi day hikes there. Am looking to complete some LDP's in U.K. and further afield. Love to backpack and camp and carry all my gear.

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. With regard to the weather, this is the UK so it's going to rain sooner or later isn't it? Fine with me, I've got waterproofs. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. To be honest, my map reading & navigation skills are a bit averagely average. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
Skiing and/or Snowboarding

Important: For the avoidence of doubt I am definitely not looking for anything other than someone to go walking with.
