I am a Female Walker, in my early 30s, based near Wigan

My Message: Greetings!
I'm looking for anyone planning to walk up Helvelyn on Saturday or Scafell Pike on Sunday - either or both vice versa, depending on the weather and wind of course! Currently set to attempt both alone however would much prefer a walking buddy at this time of year! After running my first marathon last month my legs are itching for something big to climb! Currently walking locally with a friend when I can, but have the opportunity for this particular weekend off duty from my three young children, so looking for something of a challenge!

A bit more about me:

I quite enjoy Scrambling & Edges but don't like too much exposure. I'm happy to walk in most weathers but do not like snow and ice. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. To be honest, my map reading & navigation skills are a bit averagely average. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;

Important: For the avoidence of doubt I am definitely not looking for anything other than someone to go walking with.
