I am a Female Walker, in my early 60s, based near Bamford

My Message: I love living and working in the Peak District and have walked a fair
Few routes over the years. I have the most appalling sense of direction but I am
happy to follow someone who can actually read an OS map. I love walking and also swimming but exercise has taken a back seat for a while for all sorts of reasons. I also love having a good matter and a laugh. I am available most weekends and I could make Wednesday afternoons if it fits in with other walkers. I have travelled reasonably extensively and in my younger days climbed in various parts of the world. I would like 2020 to be the start of a new chapter in my life and would really enjoy some company and direction on walks!!! Looking forward to hearing from you soon

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. With regard to the weather, this is the UK so it's going to rain sooner or later isn't it? Fine with me, I've got waterproofs. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. Sadly, my map reading & navigation skills are pretty hopeless. I can drive and have a car.
