I am a Male Walker, in my late 60s, based near Kent
My Message: Hi. Is anyone interested in 4 days or so backpacking in Snowdonia taking in a few summits on a circular route., when it is okay to do so this summer. Not looking to break any records... just at a comfortable pace with lots of breaks covering say 12k per day. I will be coming from kent and will happy to pick anyone en route. ie London, Midlands etc.
My Preferred Walk Grades*: 4:6:7:

A bit more about me:
I quite enjoy Scrambling & Edges but don't like too much exposure.
I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on.
I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other.
I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good.
I can drive and have a car.
I am a Qualified Mountain Leader (ML) - Mountain Training Association.
I am also interested in:
- Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
- Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
- Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
- Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
