I am a Female Walker, in my late 60s, based near Lincoln

My Message: Hi my name is Anne. I am in my late 60's looking for walking companions for either day/weekend/week walks. I am retired and have a desire to do a lot more walking and/or tour the UK. I have a campervan and like to explore different areas of the UK. I have walked the White Peak Way 90 miles a couple of times which is a lovely walk and a couple of other (flat) long distance walks. Not so keen on camping, prefer B&B, Youth Hostel or similar, what a wimp! I like to go at a steady plod...... short or longer walks. I also enjoy narrowboating with family and friends. I look forward to hearing from you...

A bit more about me:

I really don't like Scrambling & Edges - they are defintely not for me. With regard to the weather, this is the UK so it's going to rain sooner or later isn't it? Fine with me, I've got waterproofs. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.
