John Tippins summited Holme Fell on July 14th, 2022 [from/via/route] Route C353. From Tom Gill car park, A593 [with] With Afia, Zahra and Farah [weather] Forecast was 18˚C with rain. Warmer than forecast, very slight misty rain for a short while, not enough for waterproofs. Sunny most of the day.

Richard Marchant scaled Holme Fell on September 11th, 2021 [from/via/route] Route taken as per map C353, I Started the walk from the NT car park near Yew Tree Tarn on the A593 road to Coniston. Walked a long the road a short distance to Yew Tree Farm & then followed a path through the trees & eventually coming out on top of Holme Fell. Here I followed a path that took me north to Wythebank & then followed a track that took me back to the A593 which I crossed & followed a path to Low Arnside & eventually up on to Black Crag. From here I took a path down to Tarn Hows & then back down to my car. [with] Just myself [weather] Damp/drizzling although very humid & muggy. No views to be had today even being so low. - Another awesome morning out in the Lakes despite the weather.
David Lord walked up Holme Fell on September 26th, 2015 [from/via/route] From Tarn Howes car park. [with] Debbie Lord [weather] Sunny day. - A climb that I enjoyed, but my wife didn't enjoy the walk. Not quite sure why. Each to their own!

[with] June [weather] Overcast with breaking sun, warm & muggy - Spotted a deer in the woods during the ascent. Forgot the jungle spray both of us bitten. Did not go for Black Crag due to darkness approaching. Decided to stroll around Tarn Hows, will revisit to do the proper route.
