The Crib Goch ridge is not for the faint hearted. It is very exposed and airy in places and can be extremely dangerous - particularly in adverse weather conditions.

Dale Tyler summited on August 17th, 2019 [from/via/route] Up from Pen-y-pass with Jason, Alex, Sean and Lambert on the way to Yr Wyddfa. Beautiful sunny day until half way across ridge when clouded over and wind started gusting. Really windy all day from then! Dropped off summit back down the Ranger Path then took a right right to Llanberis-avoided all the crowds! [with] Jason, Alex, Sean, Lambert [weather] Glorious sunshine then cloud and gusting wind on tops then glorious sunshine as we headed for home. - Able to walk on top of the ridge before the wind picked up. Took a more cautious route afterwards
