Points of Interest/Notes on this walk:

Car parking at Neuadd-fawr is very limited and there have been a number of cases where farmers with tractors and forestry lorries have not been able to pass. There is car parking for about 5 cars only in the lay by at the bridge, but cars should not be parked on the side of the road or on the Crickhowell side of the bridge at all. Walkers will continue to receive the support of farmersif they are more considerate.

Completing this walk also take you to the top of Pen Cerrig-calch, 701m (2300ft). Pen Cerrig-calch is classified as a Welsh Mountain (Hewitt) (68th highest in Wales, 175th highest in England & Wales) and a Wainwright (No. ). Pen Cerrig-calch is also known as a Welsh Nuttall (86th in Wales, 219th in England & Wales).

You will also reach the summit of Pen Twyn Glas, 645m (2117ft). Pen Twyn Glas is also known as a Welsh Nuttall (143rd in Wales, 341st in England & Wales).
