I can comfortably walk 3 M. P. H. + but prefer to enjoy a more leisurely pace so I can enjoy my surroundings.

My Message: Hi, I am a young 40 year old female, married with 5 cats!! I work in hospitality. I would like to meet females, couples or groups. I am quite easily pleased regarding where to walk-I do prefer longer walks that aren't too exhausting. I prefer public transport to driving. I also enjoy sight seeing, shopping(but NOT a hanbags and high heels person), music, history, film, reading, eating out, country pubs and history. I am an animal lover.
I do not like sport on TV at all.

My Message: I am interested in finding a walking buddy. I am a visitor in Scotland, and am living in Glasgow until January. (I am on sabbatical leave. ) I do not have a car, but I can get close to an agreed upon destination via train and share expenses of your car from there on out--or, if you also live in Glasgow, I can buy the gas if you drive.

Am very interested in walking with someone who knows a bit about the challenges and features of the region as I am a novice here. My hiking experience is in the U. S. desert/mountains. (I'm an American. )
