I would have done it in less had I not got lost descending. I started from Wasdale Head. At the summit it was very cold, cloudy a bit wet & windy, enough time to ask a young man to take my photograph & off I went. The descent was a bit tricky as I got lost & ended up not following a path at all. Got to the Wasdale Inn in the end. Then I went on to climb Snowden. Having successfully accomplished the LWW a few weeks earlier, I feel an enormous sense of achievement. I am now ready to face my fifties. Hip, Hip, Hurray
