Christine Shepherd walked up on October 4th, 2015 [from/via/route] Walked from Wasdale Head. Just went up & down this fell as I had done the rest of the Mosedale Horseshoe before but had missed out this one. It was well worth doing for the lovely views. There is a lovely little tarn & the grassy approach made a pleasant change from the rougher path on the ascent. [with] On my own [weather] A bit duller than the day before but warm for October & clear enough for good views. - My last 2000ft Mountain in the Lake District bagged!
Mark Davidson climbed on July 20th, 2004 [with] Alone [weather] Glorious
Michael Nolan bagged on October 11th, 2016 [from/via/route] wasdale head [weather] brilliant
Iain Taylor hiked on July 28th, 2010 [from/via/route] Wast Water (NY 16811 06823)
Ray O'hara summited on June 4th, 2012 [from/via/route] Wasdale Head, Pillar, Scoat Fell, Steeple, Haycock, Caw Fell, Iron Crag, back to Scoat Fell, Red Pike & Yewbarrow. Marvelous walk. [weather] Sunny spells, below the cloud base. - Delightful walk from start to finish.
