Other walkers who hiked, climbed, bagged and summited Longlands Fell Fellow go4awalkers who have already walked, climbed, summited & bagged Longlands Fell

Stephen Batson walked up on May 28th, 2022 [with] Clare [weather] Sunny

Richard Marchant climbed on May 8th, 2022 [from/via/route] Parked at Green Head & walked up a track SW to Charleton Wath & then changed direction across the fell ascending Brae Fell. From here carried on up on to Great Sca Fell then proceeded on an up & back trip to Knott. Once back at Great Sca Fell I dropped down & up on to Meal Fell & onwards to Great Cockup. I then proceeded back on the same path I came but took a path south around Meal Fell & circled around to Lowthwaite Fell & on to Longland Fell & back to the car. [with] On my Own [weather] Dry Day & a bit overcast in the morning although it did become sunny & clear in the afternoon.

Kate Peacock bagged on April 16th, 2022 [from/via/route] Dropped at Mosedale, collected at the bottom of Longlands Fell. We walked up the steep side of Carrock Fell. [with] Me & Sheila [weather] No rain. Winds were increasing at the beginning but dropped at the end. Fair day. Gloves & coat for the top. - The ascent up Carrock Fell was interesting. Thankfully nobody was there to want to be passed. Steep & narrow & fortunately dry otherwise I'm not sure my feet would have been as secure at points. Just beat to get up it, couldn't really hand around. Tops were as expected but quite boggy in parts. First time I've seen a bothy

Pete George hiked on January 16th, 2022 [from/via/route] Over Water [with] Roco [weather] Foggy at first slowly clearing

Erin Ryan summited on June 20th, 2021 - Longlands Fell- Lowthwaite Fell - Brae Fell - Little Sca Fell - Great Sca Fell -Meal Fell. Lots of grassy pastures with well defined paths. Returning via Trusmadoor pass lots of little streams with some muddy, boggy sections, but nothing you couldn't get past

Tim Winn conquered on September 9th, 2021 [from/via/route] Longlands [with] Myself [weather] Overcast

Sarah Moore scaled on May 29th, 2021 [with] Zoe and The Bobbly's [weather] Hot!!

Richard Beardsley walked up on May 5th, 2021 [from/via/route] Route C163 Great Sca Fell from Over Water [with] Myself. Because of Covid restrictions this is the first fell walks since August 2020. [weather] Lovely sunny day, snow & breezy at heights. - Dropped off at Over Water Car Park & commenced walk at 0930hrs. Stuck rigidly to the route apart from not doing Lowthwaite Fell. Arrived back at the car park at 1400 hrs. Walked a further 3 miles to the Castle Inn on the A591 for lift to home.

Claire Kirk climbed on April 10th, 2021 [from/via/route] Overwater [with] Phil [weather] Cold but clear, snow showers

Christine Shepherd bagged on September 13th, 2010 [from/via/route] Walked from Over Water using walk c163 Repeated this walk on another glorious day 11.04.2021 [with] On my own [weather] Lovely - This was the last fell in a wonderful circuit from Overwater. I just had time to drive over to Binsey to bag that before going home.
