Christine Shepherd walked up on September 27th, 2018 [from/via/route] Walked from Scar House Reservoir using walk ny117. [with] On my own. [weather] Showery at first but dry for the rest of the day. It was very, very windy. Hard to walk to the summits into the wind.
Margaret Richards climbed it on March 21st, 2016 [from/via/route] Little Whernside & Great Whernside from Scar House Reservoir (ny117, 12 miles, 7hours) [with] Don [weather] dry, some lying snow - Hard going
Mark Davidson bagged it on February 21st, 2005 [with] Mike [weather] Quite sunny for February but very cold - My aquapac water drinking tube froze solid on the summit of Great Whernside.
Tony Rogerson hiked it on August 3rd, 2009 [from/via/route] From Scar House Reservoir [with] Gerald [weather] Mostly clear with odd shower - VERY boggy under foot
