Kevin Foster climbed Knock Fell on April 30th, 2018 [from/via/route] Backstone Edge [with] Henry [weather] Sunny with partial cloud (cold breeze at times) - Carrying on in a north-easterly direction from the summit cairn (on Backstone Edge) I headed towards the shooting hut by Great Rundale Tarn. Then headed in a just west of northerly direction towards the rise of Knock Fell over rough grass (no path). The dominant feature from the summit cairn was the radar station on Great Dun Fell with Cross Fell beyond. A small tarn and another cairn eastwards marked the direction of travel to the next top of the day Meldon Hill.

Robert Shaw hiked Knock Fell on May 10th, 2013 [from/via/route] Bagged on the Pennine Way between the 10th and 24th May 2013. [weather] Various !! - 15 days of mainly fun.

Christine Shepherd scaled Knock Fell on May 7th, 2016 [from/via/route] Walked from Dufton using walk c355 [with] On my own [weather] Fine and dry but lots of white cloud and rather too hazy for good views. Very windy on the summit. - Really enjoyed the walk to this summit. A really good path,(The Pennine Way), from Dufton to the top
