Angeline Grieveson walked up Grisedale Pike on January 21st, 2023 [with] Dotty
Richard Fulcher climbed Grisedale Pike on September 29th, 2022 [from/via/route] Parked in the small quarry car park on the left near the start of the Whinlatter Pass after passing through Braithwaite. The path up to Grisedale Pike leaves from this car park & wends up & around the hills up to the peak - a fairly continuous climb with the craggiest part near the top. From Grisedale we headed across to Hobcarton Crag, veering off to the left down to Coledale Hause & then approached Crag Hill from the back near Wandope Moss. From Crag Hill we worked our way down & across to Sail the along the ridge to Scar Crags & Causey Pike. We reversed from CP & traversed across to the main path at High Moss. I then climbed up Outerside & slipped & slid down the wet rocks to Low Moss (very tricky after rain) & eventually met up with Jen at Barrow Door. I declined Barrow as I'd had enough! One for another day! We returned down the easy path that gently slopes down the side of Barrow. [with] Jen [weather] Sunshine & showers, occasional gusts of wind. - A tiring but rewarding walk.
Kate Peacock bagged Grisedale Pike on August 28th, 2022 [from/via/route] Car park on Whinlatter bank [with] Me & Sheila [weather] No breeze at all. Humid all day. Hotter on the morning, rain toward the end which I was glad about but it didn't really cool down - Couldn't really enjoy a lot of the tops because of flying ants.
Pete George hiked Grisedale Pike on May 29th, 2022 [from/via/route] Braithwaite [with] Roco [weather] Cool but clear
Chris Sheard summited Grisedale Pike on May 18th, 2022 [from/via/route] Along from Eel crag via HH crossing over from last ridge [with] George [weather] Pleasant at ground level, no rain brightened later later with sunshine as we completed the round - Made this ascent as part of a nice circular coming down the other side of a horse shoe
Neil Barnett conquered Grisedale Pike on October 18th, 2021 [with] Solo [weather] Wet
Christine Shepherd scaled Grisedale Pike on September 22nd, 2007 [from/via/route] Walked 'The Coledale Round' using walk c137 [with] Clear and bright with great views [weather] On my own - Although it is a steep slog up Grisedale pike it is well worth it for the great views. Climbed again from Braithwaite on 18.6.12. Climbed again using walk c169 on 17.04.15
Richard Marshall walked up Grisedale Pike on June 30th, 2021 [from/via/route] Grisedale & Causey [with] Dave Elsie & Rocxy [weather] Sunny warm
