Chris Faulkner hiked Ben Vorlich (Coire Garbh) on January 19th, 2014 [from/via/route] Inveruglas [with] Alone [weather] Snow. Freezing wind - Bloody steep climb !!

John Herbert summited Ben Vorlich (Coire Garbh) on November 5th, 2011 [from/via/route] Took the path from Ardvorlich House & followed the track to the footbridge over the Allt a Choire Bhuidhe & then the path which climbs the ridge all the way to the summit trig point. [with] Solo [weather] A beautiful sunny clear November day, although the temperature at my start time of 0950 was just 3 degs at the lochside - some high patchy cloud & once on the summit could see a misty cloud base on the tops of some of the lower hills. As the approach was from the north, the low winter sun meant that we were in the shadow of the ridge & it was quite cool at times, the wind was light, but nevertheless had a chill to it. - Although I was solo, it was such a nice day it brought out plenty of other walkers, although my early-ish start meant that there were only a few ahead of me at the summit - however, on the way back down, there were quite a few making there way up the path - plenty of chat about the walk & how great the weather was on the day.

Mr M A Blanchard, Paul Booth, Ron Blundell, Willie Parkinson, Simon Duerden, Ceri Murray, Trevor Williams, Elise Gibbons, Phyllis Mcgibbon, Geert Gritter and Adam Shewry have all walked, climbed & bagged Ben Vorlich (Coire Garbh).
