James Hughes climbed Great End on June 15th, 2023 [from/via/route] Lingmell, Scafell Pike, Broad Crag, Ill Crag, Great End [with] Solo [weather] Beautiful day, clear, warm. blue skies & no wind. - Pearler of a day...

Went up Lingmell Beck to Sty Head then Esk Hause from there we went to 1great End, Ill Crag, Broad Crag. from there onto Scarfell Pike, the down to Broad S & round to Foxes Tarn & Up Scarfell. Then straight down to Wasdale Head [with] Ran Mackay, Alfi and Tess. [weather] Started cloudy & cleared into a beautiful sunny afternoon - It was the toughest day out in the fells I've had to date.

Christine Shepherd hiked Great End on July 15th, 2006 [from/via/route] Walked from Longthwaite Youth Hostel. After climbing Glaramara & Allen Crags using walk c301 from go4awalk there was enough time to bag Great End before heading down via Taylor Force. [with] Walkers from St George's Church Leeds. We were on a weekend away and I was leading an 'All Day Energetic Walk'. [weather] Glorious sunshine. - Enjoyed a swim in Styhead Tarn to cool off after a wonderful day's walking. Climbed this again on 3.10.15 after climbing Scafell Pike from Wasdale Head. Climbed again on 25.04.2023 adding this fell onto c371 from Great Landale.

Iain Jones summited Great End on August 30th, 2014 [from/via/route] The Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel, Great Langdale [with] Steven Hunt - 26 August 2017 - The Wainwright 60 - Day 6 (Scafell); 17 September 2022 - walked via Corridor Route from Seatoller
