The summit of Skirrid Fawr (Ysgyryd Fawr) is marked by an Ordnance Survey Trig Point.
Ysgyryd Fawr (Skirrid Fawr) is also known as 'Holy Mountain' and 'St Michael's Mount'. The remains of the walls of the ancient St Michael's chapel can be traced at the summit.
