The Central Scotland region of Scotland is the area enclosed by an imaginary line connecting:

Dunkeld to Stonehaven via the River Tay to Kinclaven, the A93 to through Blairgowrie and Rattray and then the A926 via Alyth, Kirriemuir, Brechin & Laurencekirk to the North
Stonehaven to Crail via the North Sea, Inverbervie, Montrose & Arbroath to the East
Crail to Glasgow via the Firth of Forth past Pittenweem, Kirkaldy, Inverkeithing & Kincardine and then the Clyde Canal to the South East
Glasgow to Dunbarton via the River Clyde to the South
Dunbarton to Dunkeld via the A811 to Stirling, the A9 through Dunblane, Auchterarder and Perth to the North West
