Peak Bagging the 32 Mountains, Tops, Peaks and Hills in Northumberland National Park, England

Northumberland National Park is the area enclosed by the Northumberland National Park boundary. Northumberland National Park is in North East England and wholly within the county of Northumberland.

There are four distinct areas in The Northumberland National Park: The Cheviot Hills to the north, rolling moorland further south, huge forestry plantations and the rough, rocky and rugged section of Hadrian's Wall. It is one of the least populated and least visited of the UK National Parks which makes it a fantastic place to go for walking in solitude.

In December 2013 the International Dark-Sky Association conferred Dark Sky Park status on Northumberland National Park. Indeed, it is the largest protected Dark Sky Park in Europe.

The main places to go walking from are: Almouth, Alnwick, Amble, Bamburgh, Beadnell, Belford, Bellingham, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Corbridge, Craster, Ford & Eta, Haltwhistle, Hexham, Holy Island, Morpeth, Low Newton by the Sea, Otterburn, Rothbury, Seahouses, Warkworth and Wooler.

There are 32 'tops' to walk up, bag and conquer, the highest point is The Cheviot and the area includes:
