Points of Interest/Notes on this walk:

Comprising 96 'Stannators' the Stannery Parliament met at irregular intervals on Crockern Tor to formulate regulations for the tin mining industry. With just 10 recorded meetings in the 209 years between 1494-1703, there is no evidence of it now.

The odd shaped lumps of rock strewn across so many of the South West's tors are collectively known as 'clitter'.
