How to use this web site
Hopefully, this site is intuitive and you do not need much help. However, if you do need a little guidance . . .
If you cannot find the answer here, look under FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and Walk Maps (pdf's). If can't find what you want there, email the and we will try and answer your question.
Basic Navigation
| Just place your mouse over the dark green "hills' near the top of the screen until it changes to a lighter green. Then click the mouse to select. |  |

Depending on the topic you selected, further options appear in the green bar below the hills - our meadow. Similarly, place the mouse over one of these sub topics until it turns white. Again, click the mouse to select. |

In some cases, further options will appear in the left margin. For example, this page has a 'How to Find and Download a Walk' option in the left hand column. These links do not change colour when you position the mouse over them but can still be clicked to select. For help finding and downloading a walk, Click 'How to Find and Download a Walk' in the left column. |

NB. To see our navigational hills you must have the Macromedia Shockwave/Flash Player plug-in installed in your browser. This is free and comes as standard with later versions. If you have an early version browser - click here and follow Macromedia's installation instructions.
