Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter however the newsletter hasn't arrived.
A. The most likely reason is that our monthly HTML Newsletter has been blocked by a spam filter - either yours or your ISP's.
To receive the newsletter you'll need to indicate that you want the spam filters to let it through. There may be specific mechanisms by which you can do this but often simply adding this email address - - to your address book or your 'white list' will do the trick.

Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter but when it arrives on my PC, it's blank.
A. It's likely that our regular HTML Newsletter is being stripped of it's content by a spam filter - either yours or your ISP's.

Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter but none of the links seem to work.
A. Check the link isn't opening a window behind your current window.
Also check your browser isn't blocking pop-ups from go4awalk.com. If pop-ups are being blocked this is usually indicated in the browser toolbar.
To enable pop-ups from go4awalk.com follow your browser's instructions.
NB. go4awalk.com doesn't use pop-ups - because like you we think they're really annoying. However we do use a programming method that is the same as that used to produce pop-ups. This is why your browser's pop-up blocker stops the link from working properly.
Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter but still cannot see how to download the Free Sample Walks, Free Sample GPS Files and Free Sample Peak Bagging Map/Tick List?
A. There are links to the Free Sample Walks, Free Sample GPS Waypoint and Free Sample Peak Bagging Map and List contained within each issue of the Newsletter itelf (near the bottom).
