Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter however the newsletter hasn't arrived.
The most likely reason is that our monthly HTML Newsletter has been blocked by a spam filter - either yours or your ISP's.
To receive the newsletter you'll need to indicate that you want the spam filters to let it through. There may be specific mechanisms by which you can do this but often simply adding this email address - - to your address book or your 'white list' will do the trick.

Q. I've subscribed to your newsletter but when it arrives on my PC, it's blank.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter mailing list?
To remove your email address from our newsletter mailing list click on the link at the bottom of every issue (below the yellow box). If you get the Newsletter delivered to more than one email address you will need to click on the unsubscribe link for each one.
If you cannot find an answer to your specific problem anywhere in our help topics - click here to contact us. NB. If everything else fails - we can always send you your walks and downloads via email - so don't worry.
