Q. I have tried to contact you but not received a response. I have a hotmail email address.
If you have set your junk mail setting at 'exclusive', you will only receive email from email addresses that are in your address book and all other mail will be deleted without you seeing it.
If you cannot find an answer to your specific problem anywhere in our help topics - click here to contact us. NB. If everything else fails - we can always send you your walks and downloads via email - so don't worry.
